FAQs
- What if I am already in arrears and facing repossession?
Don't worry! We are experienced in dealing with these difficult situations. We
can arrange to clear your arrears within a matter of just a few days. This
usually brings a halt to repossession proceedings, allowing the sale to
proceed at a less stressful pace.
If you need to attend court or complete legal paperwork, we can help. We can
also deal directly with your lenders and take the pressure off you. However
time is often of the essence with debts and repossessions. The sooner you contact
us the sooner we can take action and the better chance we have of stopping
repossession.

- How long does it take for you to make an offer?
Upon receiving your enquiry, we aim to make you a formal cash offer
within 24 hours. Initially we will speak to you on the phone and ask you a few
questions about your property. At this point we can usually give an indication
of what our offer is likely to be. We'll then undertake an appraisal of
property values in your area and make some other checks. This is done swiftly
and we usually give you a formal offer within 24 Hours.

- What are the advantages of a quick sale?

- How does a cash offer compare with a price I might achieve
selling via an estate agent?
Our sell and rent scheme offers a quick sale and our offer will be at a discount to the 'Open Market Value'. Open Market Value is the term we use to describe the value of your property if sold via a conventional estate agent. We currently offer up to a maximum 80% of the full value of your property.

- How will I know that your cash offer is fair?
When confirming our cash offer we set out an illustration of the estimated cash sum you could expect on completion of a sale direct to
us. This is then compared to the estimated proceeds from a sale via an estate agent and the difference is highlighted providing you with the opportunity to make an informed decision.
